Bourbon Honey Bear

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 2 oz water
• ¾ oz honey
• ½ oz granulated sugar
• 2 sage leaves
• ½ orange
• 1 ½ oz bourbon
• Apple cider

Instructions

1. Combine water, honey, sugar, sage leaves, and 2 orange slices on high heat until it reaches a boil and sugar and honey has dissolved.
2. Remove from heat and cool.
3. Fill glasses with ice, bourbon, and cooled simple syrup mixture.
4. Top with sage leave, orange slice, and splash of apple cider.
